Topher Miller replaces Ed Reeve as LOTW Member Support Director

With another senior member of the administration team stepping down due to RL constraints, I have the opportunity to promote a truly outstanding Assistant to Department Director.

Ed Reeve will be missed as MSD, but it is my delight to announce Topher Miller as Member Support Director for the remainder of this administration's term in office.
