In order to rectify a problem situation in command structure and give the LOTW Club more stability, we are making some changes to CO assignments. We are pleased to announce the appointment of Angus Ross as CO of the Whisper, and the transfer of Mischa Brendel from the Whisper to command the Claudia. Mischa will replace outgoing CO Tish Boom, who is stepping down die to personal reasons. We congratulate both COs and wish them well. Let me personally thank all parties involved with making this change in command.
